We guarantee that your product will arrive in new condition and be free of defects. If that is not the case, we will be more than happy to address any defects. Any defect must be reported within 30 days of shipping arrival of your product. Marine Canvas Direct reserves the right to address the defect in a manner of their choosing. This guarantee does not apply to products incorrectly ordered by the customer or any other reason other than defective or damaged products. This guarantee does not imply or offer any extended warrantee.

All of our products are hand-made and made-to-order. The products are made through our partner, Bimini Top Nautica, Barcelona, Spain. Manufacturing and shipping times vary. Our customers typically receive their product within 4 weeks after placing their order. Delivery within 4 weeks is not guaranteed and is provided as a guide only.

All of our products are made-to-order for you upon receipt of your order. Due to the custom-made, made-to-order nature of our business, we cannot offer any refunds or return options on the products you order. We will however, work with you to come up with the best solution to address the reason you are not happy with your product. We do offer a satisfaction guarantee however, so you can be assured that your product will always be new and free of defects upon arrival.

If you need to cancel your order, do let us know ASAP. If your product has not started production, we will be happy to cancel your order and provide a full refund. Due to the custom and made-to-order nature of our business, if the order has already started production, we will not be able to cancel your order. We will work with you however to resolve the matter in a way that is fair to all parties.
